Many O&M specialists and TVIs are employed by county offices of education, in larger districts they are employed by individual school districts. Some are contracted through private agencies. Not all SELPAs (Special Education Local Plan Area) or LEAs (Local Education Area) in California use Edjoin to list positions, so check with individual school districts and SELPAs.
